My stay at the hotel was truly a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were beautifully decorated with rose petals, candles, and little tea lights, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. The large bedroom/lounge, spacious bathroom with bath and shower, and the covered balcony overlooking the shared pool made the stay quite special. However, the traditional riad style with a central pool and individual pools for each building added a unique touch. The location in La Palmerie, surrounded by palms, provided a fantastic setting, but being far from the city center was a downside. The service was impeccable, with delightful surprises like lobsters and sea bass, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making it a truly personalized experience. The dining was a bit of a mixed bag, with expensive prices but varying quality, from below average to really good and plentiful options. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
